Explicit consent: steps and workouts

Effective date: 18 October 2026.

I explicitly consent to Alexey Grosman, individual entrepreneur (OGRNIP 320253600063628, INN 250808746453, Moscow, Russian Federation, gros049494@yandex.ru), processing data about my physical activity in NEXT LVL.

Purpose. To count quests and habits as done in the game (for example, "7,000 steps" or "Run") and to show me my own stats. NEXT LVL does not assess my health, make diagnoses or give medical advice.

Data:

• daily step count and active minutes;
• workouts: type (running, cycling, etc.), duration and distance — from my phone (Apple Health or Health Connect, through my personal link) or from Strava, if I connect it.

Not processed: sleep, heart rate, weight, how I feel, workout routes and locations, workout titles and descriptions.

How. Collection, recording, storage, use and deletion, by automated means. Data is stored on a server in Russia. If I have separately turned on the AI assistant, it may use my weekly averages when building my plan.

Duration and withdrawal. While steps or Strava stay connected. I can disconnect at any time in Settings, by messaging the bot or by emailing gros049494@yandex.ru. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything processed before, and the rest of the app keeps working. After I withdraw, the data is deleted within 30 days.
