NEXT LVL Terms of Use

Effective date: 18 October 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Alexey Grosman, individual entrepreneur (OGRNIP 320253600063628, INN 250808746453, Moscow, Russian Federation, gros049494@yandex.ru) — "we" — about using NEXT LVL: the Telegram bot and mini app @nextlvlsystembot, the web app app.nextlvlsystem.ru and the website nextlvlsystem.ru (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Who can use NEXT LVL. You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person. Keep access to your email, Google or Telegram account safe: whoever controls it controls your NEXT LVL account.

2. What NEXT LVL is. A game-style habit and goal tracker. It turns your goals into quests, tracks your progress and gives you tips. NEXT LVL is free to start and use. If we add paid features, we'll tell you the price and terms before you pay, and the free part will stay.

3. Not medical or professional advice. NEXT LVL, including the AI assistant, does not diagnose, treat or give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Quests and tips are general suggestions — listen to your body and talk to a professional before changing your exercise, diet or treatment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services: 112 in the EU and UK, 911 in the US and Canada, or find a crisis line in your country at findahelpline.com.

4. The AI assistant. The assistant is an AI system (Claude by Anthropic). It can make mistakes; check anything important. It is off until you turn it on — see nextlvlsystem.ru/en/consent-ai.

5. Your content. Your goals, journal and messages are yours. You let us store and process them only to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't use the Service to break the law, harass other users, send spam, or try to hack, overload or copy the Service.

6. Our content. The game, its design, texts and code belong to us. You may use them only inside the Service for your own personal use.

7. Ending. You can delete your account at any time: Settings → "Delete account". We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. We may change or stop the Service; if we shut it down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app where we can.

8. Liability. We work to keep NEXT LVL running and your data safe, but we provide the Service free and "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results you do or don't achieve. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

9. Changes. We publish new versions at this address with the date. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app in advance. If you keep using NEXT LVL after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

10. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in the courts there. Before going to court, please write to gros049494@yandex.ru — we'll try to sort it out within 30 days.
